All reservations are subject to a deposit / payment of one (1) night of the stay at the moment the reservation is made. The required deposit / payment is not refundable. Any date changes or cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your check-in date. Otherwise, your deposit will be withheld as a penalty. Deposits in your reservation will not be refunded if you cancel within 14 days of your check-in date. If your cancellation is made 14 days or more before your check-in date, you will earn a credit certificate for the deposit amount to be used within six months of your cancellation date. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued for early check-outs.
